Facility Solution Ltd is a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Malta.

Facility Solution Ltd operates as a wholesale telecommunications carrier providing voice termination, A2P SMS delivery and related interconnection services exclusively to registered business customers (operators, carriers, call centres and aggregators). Services are not offered to individual consumers.

  • Traffic pumping, artificial inflation or fraudulent traffic generation
  • Transmission of content that is illegal, abusive, threatening or infringing of third-party rights
  • Any activity that disrupts or interferes with our network infrastructure
  • Resale or sub-licensing of services without prior written authorisation

Violation of the AUP may result in immediate suspension of services without notice and potential legal action.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Facility Solution Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to any customer for any claim arising under or in connection with our services shall not exceed the amounts paid by that customer for the services in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

This Legal Notice and any disputes arising from or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
